Making the Chop

Jessica Virgin recently competed at the KSISAS Nationals held at UCT, where she won gold for kata and bronze for kumite. This means she is now part of the South African Team which will compete in the KSI World Championship to be next year in Germany.

Mikayla Duminy, a past pupil and pastry chef, demonstrated to the Grade 10 Consumer Studies class how to make buttercream icing piped flowers.
