In EMS, we aim to provide learners with a good understanding of the economy and how we can keep it growing so that everyone in the country can enjoy a better standard of living. We focus on building managerial and leadership skills as well as enabling learners to become competent in financial matters.

We aim to encourage learners to think like entrepreneurs and dream big for that special business of their own one day. Learning about the bigger economic picture, as well as the business of managing money, will prepare them for selecting a business idea and putting it into practice. We encourage learners to share their experiences and knowledge in class discussions and to seek out real-world news and events relevant to the course.

A strong emphasis is placed on Accounting where learners discover the skills necessary to record transactions in journals and ledgers and are finally empowered to draw up the financial statements.
