Colossians 3:12-14

12 Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience. 13 Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you. 14 And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity.

The main meeting is held after school on Fridays together with the Wynberg Boys’ High School Christian Union. A theme is chosen for each term and speakers are invited to address the group on topics relating to this theme. Prayers and singing are led by committee members at most meetings.

Prayer meetings are held early on Wednesday mornings, with smaller groups meeting for prayer and fellowship during breaks on other weekdays.   Social events are held throughout the year in conjunction with Wynberg Boys’ High and other local schools, starting with the Grade 8 Pool party with Boys’ High. A camp is usually held with Boys’ High in the first term. This is always well attended and enjoyed by all. The camp fee is the greatest expense and depends on the cost of the campsite and the price of food at the time.
