The Wynberg Photographic Society is a society which bridges both the pillars of Service and Culture. A group which is interested in both photo-journalism and the artistic side of photography, it serves the needs of both the school and the individual. Members are encouraged to document the activities and events of the school and, in so doing, provide Wynberg with photographs for the local press and for our school newsletter and website.

Further than this, the society also participates in various photographic competitions, whether internal to Wynberg or organised by other groups.

Meetings are planned and given by members of the photographic committee, although if members have some particular skills which they wish to share with the society, they are encouraged to do so. Members of the committee for 2012 are

Members have to have their own digital cameras to belong to the society. We meet on Wednesday afternoons from 15:00 to 16:00.
