NetballThe U15 Netball squad played against a UK touring side on Tuesday, 24 October. It was a challenging and thrilling match, and an immensely satisfying one to win.

The U15 Wynberg girls netball team did a great job at keeping the lead throughout the 4 quarters and played an amazing game of netball. Although girls got tired half way, they pushed themselves doggedly, and reaped the rewards. There could have been better communication in the circle, but as the game went on it improved. The score was a well-deserved win of 24-15 to Wynberg.

The 1st Team netball team played a match against a UK touring team on Tuesday, 24 October. Clearly the stronger side, they had much to teach us.

In an intense game of very demanding netball, it was clear that our team were giving the game everything they could. Despite this we were soundly defeated. Our team played well, particularly in view of the fact that it was it was an out-of-season match. Both teams persevered through the heat and overall the atmosphere was great. The touring side, Grammar, played an outstanding game of netball and made Wynberg work extremely hard to get any goals.
