“Black Tuesday” for educators at Wynberg

Wynberg educators join the nationwide protests over the Protection of State Information Bill.  In response to the call to wear black on Tuesday, Wynberg Girls’ High staff  showed their dismay at what is believed to be an infringement of South Africa’s constitutional rights. This single issue of freedom of expression has brought a wide range of people from different political persuasions together, all of whom are concerned that this bill constitutes an eroding of our democracy.
