There is no doubt that Valentine’s Day 2013 will go down in history. At Current Affairs Society this week we discussed the various things that happened on that day (namely The State of the Nation address by the President, Jacob Zuma and the killing of Reeva Steenkamp). Laeeqa Allie spoke about the meteorite that flew over Russia and Michelle Lee spoke about a proposed mining endeavour that can poison South Africa’s water supply.
