Tennis_Racket_and_BallsOn Monday, 15 February the first tennis girls played against St. Cyprian’s School for Girls. The girls who participated included: Tali Sulcas, Dana Arries, Katherine Nichollis and Savannah Wiegand.St Cyprian’s proved to be tougher competition than usual. Our A couple struggled to beat the opposition in their doubles match. Luckily, their exceptional serving kept them on par and gave them the upper hand. Katherine unfortunately didn’t get to play her singles match and was granted a walk over, because her opponent felt very ill. The matches were much longer than usual, because the girls had to play hard for every point. There was little doubt that St Cyprian’s were determined to fight every inch of the way. Perhaps all were forced to play better: winning was made sweeter because of  the battle. Finally, our team was victorious after a long day of tennis.Keep up the winning streak!
