This weeks’ race took place right down the road at Norman Henshilwood High School on Wednesday 17 May after school. It was quite a tough race, but we gave our very best with absolute determination.

The highlight of the week was Monday’s practice when the team ran through Kirstenbosch and went along the Boomslang – a first for some of the girls. On Thursday, practice was once again different and challenging as the girls trained by doing hill and stair sprints at WBHS. This was led by Karen Roodman, so well done to her for getting us running so intensely!

Well done to the team for their efforts this past week and THANK YOU to Mr Bodenstein who organized such a great weeks’ training.
