ON-GOING HOUSE CHALLENGES IN THE SERVICE PILLAR:
Sandwiches and Fruit
 to be brought in every Friday – details to be filled in in the book in the kitchen.  All sandwiches and fruit donated through the SA Food bank Lunch Buddies Programme.  Mainly handed out at Early Childhood Development Centres

Breadtags for Wheelchairs – termly challenge.  All breadtags to be handed in on the second last Friday of each term in containers or packets clearly marked with the tutor group name.  Breadtags to the Life Skills Room during roll call, first or second break only.

New Challenges:
Inter – House Pet Food Challenge will be issued in Grade Assemblies and run until the 10 February.  Any cat or dog food (tins or pellets) to be collected in in tutor groups.  All proceeds will be donated to the SPCA.

New  Community Service Challenge for 2012:
To be the house with the most community service hours.  Learners will be given points for each hour they engage in community service outside of the school.  Challenge will run on a termly basis for each of the four terms in 2012

Attention Grade 12 learners!
Applications to the Faculty of Health Sciences, BA (Speech and Hearing Therapy) and Bachelor of Architectural Studies close on 30 June 2012.

Applications for undergraduate studies to all other faculties close on 31 August 2012.

Applicants who wish to apply for admission in 2013 must do so by the above closing dates with their Grade 11 results attached for provisional acceptance to the faculty/programme of their choice.
