Who does not yearn for the days where school demands only cutting and pasting and colour and glitter?

Luckily for us, the girls of Wellesley got to do just that.

As part of our 67 minutes of community service for Mandela Day, we were tasked with making some educational posters for display at Tenterden House, Place of Safety. The girls in our house enthusiastically embraced the task and their hard work was rewarded with the most beautiful colourful posters.

We also got to decorate marie biscuits with bright designs. Initially, the intention was to deliver these also to Tenterden House, but we ended up making so many biscuits that we will be able to brighten up not only the lives of the children, but also those of the elderly in our community. We look forward to delivering our gifts to Tenterden and the Elderly.
