On 29 April, Wynberg Girls’ High School Interact visited Tenterden Place of Safety in Wynberg. The girls were very excited to spend the afternoon with the children they had last spent time with at the Christmas party in 2012.  Tenterden is a governmental home, situated in Wynberg, for children who need to be taken out of their home environments. Because we are so close to them, Wynberg Girls’ High School has built up a good relationship with the home.

Our Interactors spent the afternoon talking to the care-givers and playing with the children. We hosted an impromptu treasure hunt with bunny bears, sweets and chocolates as prizes. It was an afternoon well-spent and enjoyed in different ways by all.
