Yesterday afternoon, we saw that Marimba Jam had been named the Number 1 Youth-Owned Business in the Western Cape Entrepreneurship Recognition Awards for 2019!!
Kiara commented: "This achievement is testament to the amazing team of Jam Meisters who consistently demonstrate passion and purpose in everything we do. This milestone is the beginning of a new way of thinking/doing business - we have big visions for the future and I'm excited for the journey that's still to come! Congratulations to the other amazing finalists."
This company had it's beginnings when Kiara was a Grade 11 student at Wynberg Girls' High after she had attended an extraordinary leadership course called Enke: Make your Mark. A multi-award winner, that she certainly continues to do!
