The Mountain Club had another spectacular adventure!
A beautiful, crisp Saturday morning turned grey and misty as the Mountain Club clambered up Silvermine to Elephant’s Eye last weekend. The views were remarkable and there were proteas peeking out all around us. We had a picnic in the Elephant’s Eye cave and were threatened with a spattering of rain on our way down. It was a wonderful, cool day for a hike and we finished with smiles all around. We can’t wait for our next adventure!
